Un-Yarnbombing the Warhol Bridge

We finished the removal of Knit the Bridge in half the time thanks to our awesome participants.  All de-install shifts for tomorrow are canceled and the bridge will re-open tomorrow, earlier than expected.

Thanks to every single person who contributed to this fabulous project.  You, the communities of Southwestern Pennsylvania should be extremely proud!

Great job, am on Knitting paradise and everyone was talking about it.

  2. If anyone ever says to you that a community cannot make a difference, this is an excellent example of how a dream can become a beautiful reality. The project brought diverse people together with varied skills and backgrounds to create something that made a difference. Thank you!

  3. Congrats to all involved in this really cool project!

It feels like the time after Christmas when the Christmas tree comes down….sad…. Thank you again for your vision and motivation. What a gift it has been to the world!

  5. The bridge looks naked without all the pretty artwork.
